Practice Brochure
The brochure is the key communication tool after the staff and doctor.  Every aggressive cosmetic surgery practice should have an attractive, well thought-through and designed brochure.  This should be specific to your practice, and not something that has been developed by your association.  Your association brochure should be used as an augment to the information provided in your own brochure.
Distribution
A distribution plan for the practice brochure is needed to ensure effective utilization.  This distribution plan should include a list of target markets, how they are to be contacted, a time frame for contacting them, and a plan for reserves.
Action Steps
The following are the action steps in the development of a practice brochure
A.   Hire a writer and designer to complete your brochure.  DO NOT try to develop it  yourself.
B.   Develop an outline of the brochure content
C.   Write brochure copy.
D.   Design photo script for photographer.
E.   Review and approve the brochure copy.
F.   Develop color comp of the brochure layout.
G.   Schedule and select photos.
H.   Determine the quantity desired.
I.    Obtain printing quotes.
J.   Finalize brochure typesetting and layout.
K.   Print the brochure.
L.   Distribute the brochure according to the distribution plan.
